HOW TO ORDER
We use the Boonli platform for ordering. Easy setup, easy ordering, and if you have any questions you can still reach out to us at cais@sunsetsquares.com.
Here’s how to get going:
Getting Started: Account Setup
SETTING UP A NEW BOONLI ACCOUNT
To set up an account or to start ordering,
Go to ssp.boonli.com/login. Click “Create an Account.”
Then click on “click here” on the second statement:
“First time users click here to create your account.”PASSWORD: cais1
Fill in the boxes with the parent details to register a new account.
Once you add in your own information, you will set up a profile for each student. You can begin ordering once this is done.
How to Order
PLACING AN ORDER
Orders are placed via calendar. After you log in, select the month you’re ordering for and click on the icon “[MONTH]”.
Select a date on the Calendar to begin your order.
Ordering: Click on the menu items to place them in the cart.
(For multiple students): Select the student for whom you’re ordering. (Circle Icons at the top of the page) Then click on the menu items that you would like to order to place them in the cart.
**NOTE that certain items will show options to modify the order by adding / removing ingredients in the dishes (i.e. ADD Onsen egg). For those items, you must select the options to modify the dish to your liking before it’s placed in the Review Selections section.
If you want to remove an item from your cart, go to the Review Selections section on the right side of the page then click on the X icon to the left of the item selection.
Once you’ve completed selecting the item(s) for your order, you may click on the icon “SAVE AND GO TO NEXT DAY” to place an additional order on the next available day or the icon “Save and Go to Cart” to check out your order(s). You may also click on the icon “Save and Go To Calendar” to select an alternative date for your order.
After you click on “Save and Go to Cart,” review the items in your cart and then press “CONFIRM” once you’re satisfied with your cart selections. You may remove one or all items from your cart before clicking “CONFIRM.” **NOTE: There will be a 3.5% charge on the order subtotal to cover processing fees.
Once you click “CONFIRM,” you should see a notification stating “Order Confirmed. You will receive a receipt via email shortly.”
After confirming the order, you may click on the “Print Receipt” icon or the “Print Orders in Calendar” icon in the upper left section of the center white square to confirm that your order was processed.
Cancellations / Changes
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
To cancel an order yourself on Boonli:
Go to Calendar (Home | Order) page and select the month and the date for which you would like to cancel an order. Orange Icons indicate that you have an order placed for that particular date.
On the bottom right section of the orders list, click on “EDIT OR CANCEL ORDER”.
In the SELECT PROFILE dropdown, select the profile of the student for whom you would like to cancel an order.
In the Review Selection section on the right, click on X to remove any unwanted item(s) from the order. You will receive a notification in the Review Selections section stating “Cancellation pending! Proceed to cart to complete.”
Click on “Save and Go to Cart.” Under the item you’d like to remove, you’ll see a sign saying “Cancellation pending!” Click on the “Confirm” icon to officially cancel the item(s). You should see a popup message stating “Order Confirmed. You will receive a receipt via email shortly.”
To confirm that the order has been cancelled, go back to the Calendar (Home | Order) page and verify that there is no orange dot on the date of the cancelled order.
You can click on the “Order History” icon under the dropdown menu of the home page to confirm that your credit has been processed to verify the cancellation.

PICKUP
Food will be delivered hot and fresh to CAIS - your child will receive their meal based on their name, grade/timeslot, and color group.
DIETARY INFO
Check out our allergen sheet here - it contains all the info you need regarding restrictions. To ensure safety, you can include special instructions when you add items to the cart.
WHY PREORDER?
Our kitchen needs time to prep the meals and ensure everything is picture perfect the day of the lunch drop. Pre-ordering helps ensure a successful lunch.
ORDERS MUST BE IN BY 5PM THE DAY BEFORE
For example: 5pm Sunday cutoff for Monday order.
CANCELLATIONS
Please send cancellation requests to cais@sunsetsquares.com We know things come up - maybe you accidentally put in an incomplete or wrong order, or your child is out sick. Whatever the case our policy is full credit up to 8AM the day of the order. After 8AM we cannot guarantee a credit.
ORDERING FOR MULTIPLE PEOPLE
If you have more than one child attending the lower school (150 Oak St) you can combine them in an order. You can also combine CAIS middle school students as well (888 Turk St).
PREORDERING FOR THE WHOLE MONTH

We started serving Californian-Korean fare, and it's what we are known for. During pandemic, what started out as a fun project turned into a whole new family business specializing in sourdough pizza. We source only the best ingredients and pride ourselves on serving a truly unique SF-style of pizza.
ORDERING FOR MULTIPLE STUDENTS / STAFF MEMBERS
When you create your own account, you will be directed to the Create User Profiles page.
Set up separate profiles for multiple students/staff members. Insert your student’s First and Last Names and select the Location (grade, color group) and then click on ADD PROFILE. You should see a confirmation message stating “User profile for [student’s name] has been added!”
Repeat the last step for any additional students/staff whom you’re creating a profile for. Once you’re done creating all of your profiles, click on the “I’M DONE” icon on the bottom right of the middle square.
Go through the ordering process for each profile.
If you want to add more profiles, click on the menu icon in the upper left corner of your account home page, and then click on “My Account.” Go into the Profiles section and then click on “ + Add a new profile.” Go through the above steps again.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can process your own cancellations or changes via Boonli up until 5PM the night before the order. After 5PM, the system will not allow you to make any changes, in which case you can contact us via email to request a change or cancellation (i.e. due to a child being sick, family emergencies, etc.).
**Note: Due to limitations of the system, we cannot issue refunds but we can credit you to use toward future orders.
If you reach out to us before 8AM the day of the order, we’ll give you full credit to use towards future orders. After 8AM, we will review on a case by case basis. **Note: Due to limitations of the system, we cannot issue refunds but can credit you.

You can order up to a month ahead of time, and if any changes come up, we can accommodate those changes up to 5PM the night before the order.
